<p>Depending on the nature and purpose of your interaction with Band of Riders (creation of a user account, subscription to the Newsletter, completion of contact forms, as well as during any telephone exchanges) we are likely to collect the following Data:</p>

<p>For payment management and in order to facilitate the experience of its users, Band of Riders offers the following payment methods to make purchases on the Site:</p>
<p>- Online payment by Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa Card, Eurocard / Mastercard) managed by Name of bank(s)<br />- Online payment by PayPal<br />- All your other payment methods</p>
<Band of Riders has no access to your credit card details or numbers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption by our service provider Stripe, guaranteeing you both the identity of the payment organisation and the confidentiality of the data.</p>

<p>For the sending of our Newsletters, our e-mailing campaigns are managed via the services of Brevo - 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France</p>
<p>All of the above-mentioned sub-contractors, service providers, Partners or other third parties are bound by contractual obligations to respect the confidentiality and protection of the Data and to process it solely for the purposes for which we transmit it to them.</p>
<p>Your Data may be transferred to any purchaser or other successor in the event of a merger, assignment, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Band of Riders' assets due to uncertainties or bankruptcy, liquidation or other processes in which Band of Riders' User Data is among the transferred assets.</p>

<p>Finally, we may also disclose your Data:</p>
<p>- to comply with any mandate required by applicable law, including governmental and regulatory requests<br />- if we believe that disclosure is made necessary or required<br />by the protection of the rights, property or safety<br />of Band of Riders, its customers or other stakeholders.</p>

<p>Band of Riders only keeps your Data for the period necessary for the purposes set out in Article 3. This retention period is not the same depending on the Data in question, the nature and purpose of the collection being likely to vary this period. Similarly, certain legal obligations impose a specific retention period.</p>
<p>When you subscribe to the Newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.</p>
<p>When you contact Band of Riders using the contact form or communicate with us by telephone, your data may be kept:</p>
<p>- up to one (1) year from the last contact if you do not have a customer account or an order made on the Site.<br />- up to ten (10) years (Legal Duration) from the last order<br />made on the Site, if this information concerns this order.<br />- In all other cases, the retention period of this Data exchanged shall not exceed one (1) year.</p>

<p>With respect to your user account, all of your billing data is retained for ten (10) years from the date of purchase even in the event that you have made a request to deactivate your user account.</p>
<p>If you make a request to delete Personal Data, your user account on the Site will be deactivated and anonymised, and then completely deleted at the end of the aforementioned periods from the day on which you made the request. Finally, the Data collected by means of cookies or tracers will be kept for up to six (6) months in the case of cookies or tracers measuring the audience and up to thirteen (13) months in the case of the others. Beyond the aforementioned retention periods, your Data will be anonymised to be retained for statistical purposes only.</p>
